Lorton Group, the renowned manufacturer and distributor of healthcare textile products, recently unveiled a new product line of traditional cubicle curtains. This product line includes three distinct traditional cubicle curtain styles, a traditional ceiling-mounted curtain tracks range, and the necessary accessories for the installation of curtains. The line is particularly useful for clients who need to deploy cubicle curtains on a large scale, like hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
The three curtain styles featured in this line are Grommeted cubicle curtains, Snap-on cubicle curtains, and PRVC cubicle curtains. The curtain styles can be manufactured using fabric chosen by the client. The fabric choices include; designer fabric, made of 100% FR polyester, and showcases sublime cool-toned geometric designs in earthy colors to complement the surroundings. Alternately, clients can also opt for Tone-on-Tone cubicle curtain fabric, which is also made of 100% FR polyester and features a solid color for the entire curtain with a lighter shade of the same color imbedded all over the curtain within a small square design. All the curtains manufactured by Lorton Group have an antimicrobial finish and fulfill the NFPA 701 flame spread requirements for vertical flammability.
Lorton Group grommeted cubicle curtains are ideal for more classic cubicle setups. The curtains are made in a conventional flat pattern measuring approximately 10 percent longer than the curtain track length. The curtains are hung using cubicle track hooks. The size is determined by the maximum height of the ceiling and typically stops roughly a foot above the ground.
The Snap-On cubicle curtain is the second style introduced. Layered on top of the fabric panels, the curtains include a mesh. The Snap-On Curtains are an excellent choice for regularizing the curtains in any institution. The fabric section of the curtains clicks into the mesh panels on the top of the curtains. Even when the curtains are pulled, the mesh panels on the ceiling tracks let light and air into the cubicle. The fabric portion of the Lorton's Snap-On curtains is 66 inches wide, and the overall height is determined by the cubicle's floor-to-ceiling height. The snap panels are mounted at an easy-to-reach level, eliminating the need for a ladder or stepstool for changing.
The PRVC cubicle curtains are suited for environments that require smooth and silent cubicle curtains, such as ICUS and OPD offices. The PRVC curtains allow for quick and straightforward change-outs without ladders or stepstools. Furthermore, the curtains will not bind or slide loudly across the tracks even after extensive use.
