bullet Ringo Starr honoured with Hollywood Walk of Fame star corner

London, Feb 09 : Former Beatles drummer Ringo Starr has been felicitated with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The drummer is the 2,401st star on the pavement outside the Capitol Records building, reports the Daily Express.

Starr's actress-wife Barbara Bach apart from musicians Jay Walsh and Ben Harper, producer Don Was, director David Lynch and actor Noah Wyle, were present at the ceremony to congratulate him.

The Beatles as a group had received a star in 1998.

Also, the ceremony marked Hollywood Walk of Fame's 50th anniversary.
